Residency requires membership in the Country Club and in the Homeowners Association. Wyndemere offers 27-holes of championship golf on three 9-hole layouts designed by Arthur Hills. Enchanting lakes dot the terrain as well as lush, mature and beautifully manicured fairways with greens boasting Tifeagle hybrid grass, a new ultra dwarf hybrid grass that has a narrower blade that can be cut shorter. The number of golf members is limited to 535 Full Golf, 9 Limited Golf, 50 Non-Resident Golf, and 13 Non-Resident Founder memberships that will not be reissued. The golf initiation fee is currently $72,000 with 75% equity. (Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee returned to you should you terminate your membership.)
