Bordered by Pine Ridge Rd to the south, US 41 to the west, Vanderbilt Beach Rd to the north and to the east by Goodlette-Frank Rd - Pine Ridge Estates features estate homes on lots of 1 to 9 acres in a beautiful wooded setting of pine trees and small lakes.

Homes in Pine Ridge span a forty-year period, so architectural styles are diverse.
