Historic Olde Naples is a charming area characterized by quaint fisherman's cottages, beachfront estates and coconut palm-lined streets where every east/west avenue ends at the beach. Originally encompassing the Naples Pier and Millionaires Row, Olde Naples has grown to encompass the area from Mooring Line Drive, south past the Pier and the downtown area east to Naples Bay. Historic preservation with the conveniences of modern life and going to the beach at dusk to watch another glorious Naples sunset are main drawing cards of Old Naples.

The architectural styles of Old Naples reflect everything from vintage turn-of-the-century homes to present day beachfront mansions, interior luxury homes and small condominium complexes, all within a few blocks of the Gulf (zoning regulations do not permit any condominiums to be directly on the beach in the area south of the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club).

Olde Naples provides an accommodating venue for whatever recreational pursuits you may enjoy. Fifth Avenue & Third Street South offer an endless variety of boutiques, outdoor cafes and fine dining. Broad Avenue and 12th Avenue, home to "Gallery Row" offer a variety of fine arts galleries. Historical sites such as the Naples Pier, early buildings and founding homes have been preserved and are open to tourists and locals with an interest in Naples beginnings.
