Coquina Sands is a family-oriented community of winding streets of neatly manicured lawns lined with mature ficus, banyan and palm trees; centrally located between the Coquina Sands to the north, the Naples Beach Hotel to the south and west of US 41.

Like it's sister community, the Moorings, Coquina Sands offers single family homes and condominiums mostly of traditional Florida design, some on the water, with many older homes having undergone renovation or reconstruction as land values have steadily increased.

Lowdermilk Park is within walking distance of every home in Coquina Sands and is the place to spend quality family time on the sugary sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The beachfront park features a large covered picnic pavilion, outside picnic areas, restrooms and children love the playground. And water sports enthusiasts can set sail from Hurricane Harbor up through Doctor’s Pass, and out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Because of it's proximity to the beach, Coastland Center Mall, shopping and dining on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street in downtown Naples, properties don’t often come available in this community.
